Come and join us  Park Yoga 

Starting at 4pm -5pm Packer Park in the beautiful Lavender Garden near the Bowling green and Bocci courts. Enter either Clarence street or  Leila Road Head towards  Outdoor Gym , Rotunda and you’ll see me past the lavender hedges.

I’ll supply clean mats, music and fun filled Yoga session outdoors. Parents are welcome to join in and if you’d rather byo mats please do.

BYO Water bottles, slip slop slap and make sure you go to the toilets before you arrive

Toilets are a little walk away and we shall make sure we go altogether.

We will practice Covid safe distance of 1.5mtrs apart while on our mats , I’ll have hand sanitiser and we can spray and wipe down our mats at the end. If you feel unwell on the morning of the Yoga please do not come.
