Grab a friend, family or have a one on one Park Yoga session with me.
The rules now allow us to have unto 2 participants and a trainer. We can follow all the COVID safe requirements and still have lots of fun outside with Yoga. BYO mat or I can provide mats, we can spray down mat before and after session. Keep a safe distance of 1.5 mtr
